The products for our customers are not just made of aluminium, steel and copper. Above all they are a blend of more than 60 years of industry experience, extremely close collaboration with customers from a wide range of industry sectors, ongoing development work and high standards of quality.
As a matter of course, we develop, design and produce to European rules and standards and also to international guidelines, if required. The welding work on our tubes and headers is undertaken by certified welders – we are certified to HP0 and DIN EN 3834-2 for welding technology. The regular training that our team undergoes is monitored and approved by the TÜV SÜD (Technical Control Board – South).
Our knowledge is supplemented with solution-oriented research in collaboration with different institutes including the University of Stuttgart (Material Testing Institute (MPA), Materials Engineering), Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, Schweinfurt University of Applied Sciences (Welding and Production Technology) and the SLV Welding Training and Research Institute in Stuttgart (Training in Welding Technology).
In addition, we are an active member of DECHEMA (Society for Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology), VDI (Association of German Engineers) and DVS (German Welding Society), give lectures as part of expert committees, such as the EnBW (Germany’s third largest energy company) and publish articles in the trade press.
